Cialis - A Single Dose Keeps You Sexually Active For 36 Hours

Cialis belongs to a class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors; it inhibits the phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme. online pharmacy is designed to selectively block the working of phosphodiesterase-5, and as a result muscles relax and the blood flow improves. Licensed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), which is the repeated inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse, Cialis keeps you going for the next 36 hours.

Basic information on Cialis

Today, with its huge window of opportunity, Cialis has become one of the most popular ED drugs on the market; it treats ED by strengthening erections in men. After the permission from the FDA, Ely Lilly and ICOS started marketing this drug for the treatment of ED. Tadalafil appeared in drugstores in 2003 with the brand name Cialis. Having a similar mechanism of action to that of Viagra, Cialis however acts faster and works longer in the body.

The primary feature of 36 hour Cialis is that it restores your ability to get an erection for up to 36 hours, but only if there is sexual stimulation. This makes it possible for couples to have spontaneous sex, keeping alive the normalcy in a situation. However, your Cialis dosage must not be repeated more than once in 24 hours.

How does Cialis work?

The mechanism of action for Cialis is very similar to that of other ED drugs. It works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, the chemical that otherwise works to reverse an erection. With the blocking of this enzyme, the arteries in the penis are able to open wider so that the blood flow to the penis increases. Showing its effect in as little as 30 minutes, one single dose of Cialis keeps you going for the next 36 hours from the time of dosing.

When the PDE5 enzyme is blocked, the chemicals responsible for the erection remain in the system, and as a result the muscles in the penis do not constrict, which allows the man to maintain an erection. However, Cialis does not work without physical stimulation of the penis. Stimulation causes the chemicals responsible for the erection to be released into the penis. These chemicals are released upon arousal; but, Cialis has no effect on the release of these chemicals, it only helps maintain the levels of these chemical in the penis.

Some common Cialis side effects

Cialis is generally well tolerated; however, side effects can occur in people. Most side effects are mild to moderate in nature and generally go away with time. Often these side effects require no treatment or can be easily treated at home or by your doctor. The few common Cialis side effects include:

  • Headache

  • Facial flushing

  • Indigestion

  • High blood pressure

  • Insomnia

  • Blurred vision

  • Back pain

  • Nasal congestion

  • Muscle pain (known as myalgia)

  • Pain in the arms or legs

  • Stomach upset

  • Diarrhea

  • Flu-like symptoms

  • Nausea

  • Abnormal ejaculation

  • Priapism (painful erections lasting more than 6 hours)

Everyone who takes Cialis may not experience the side effects. Having undergone extensive clinical trials, it was proven that Cialis side effects occurred in less than 2% of the people.

If you want to enjoy spontaneous sex and are looking for a pill that keeps working for a long time in your body, Cialis can definitely be the right option for you.

Beg your pardon!!

Infuriated by the abusive language used against him by BJP president Nitin Gadkari which he later retracted, Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad on Thursday hit back saying he had gone “mentally bankrupt.”

Holding a press conference in Patna, Mr. Lalu Prasad said the BJP president should “hold both ears and apologise.”

“We will first try give Gadkari purchase cialis to cure his mental bankruptcy, then put him on capsules and if the cheap cialis and capsules fail, we will give him injections,” Mr. Prasad said.

On Mr. Gadkari criticising the SP, RJD and BSP for not supporting the NDA during the cut motion, alleging that they did so out of fear of the CBI, Mr. Prasad countered that Mr. Gadkari was spearheading a campaign against the CBI to save several leaders of his party who had allegedly stashed away ‘unaccounted black money' with Swiss banks. “The BJP president is desperate.”

Earlier, Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh's son Akhilesh Yadav said: “The Samajwadi Party follows Ram Manohar Lohia's principles. It has faith in healthy change and decent democracy. We do not believe in using foul language even against our political rivals.”

Later, the Samajwadi Party president said that since Mr. Gadkari has regretted his remarks, “the issue has ended then and there.”

“As the BJP president has apologised for his words, the issue has ended then and there,” the SP supremo told PTI in Lucknow.

Mr. Mulayam Singh said he would ask party leaders not to rake up the issue further.

“I will ask my people to close this chapter here itself,” he said.

Debate on sexual health ‘closed down by Catholic Church’

The expert who led Scotland's drive to improve sexual purchase cialis said yesterday the Scottish Government had deliberately "closed down" debate because of heat from the Catholic Church.

Professor Phil Hanlon said that, rather than embrace the need to change attitudes to sex and sexuality, the country's culture had deteriorated since his strategy was published four years ago.

Speaking ahead of a review of progress since his report, which was published in November 2003, Mr Hanlon noted NHS services for people with sexual cialis problems had improved and said there had been some good, if inconsistent, efforts on sex education, emergency contraception and outreach work.

However, he said there had been little attempt to spark social change, even though this was key in tackling high rates of teenage pregnancy and sexual disease.

Mr Hanlon contrasted Scottish culture to Holland where he said there was a liberal, open approach to sex combined with strong family values. Holland has some of the best sexual health statistics in western Europe.

He admitted it would be hard to move in a similar direction, but said the government was not even engaging in the topic, adding: "In fact it closed down that debate deliberately because they got so much flak from the Catholic Church and other forces."

A professor of public health policy at Glasgow University, Mr Hanlon suggested the Catholic Church had blocked debate by scaremongering. During the strategy talks, he said, there were allegations his group wanted to put sexually explicit material in front of three-year-olds. "If they're using that kind of language to inhibit debate that seems to be irresponsible," he added.

Peter Kearney, spokesman for the Catholic Church in Scotland, said there was a nursery that had used such materials and blamed the spread of "value-free sexual health services" for promiscuous behaviour.

He also questioned the claim the Catholic Church had caused government inaction, listing legal changes the Church had opposed which had still been passed, including the repeal of section 28 banning the promotion of homosexuality in schools and the adoption bill that allowed same-sex couples to adopt.

Minister for Public Health Shona Robison said: "We are undertaking a stock-taking review of the sexual health strategy which aims to identify any gaps in its implementation."

She added a committee meeting in June would agree priorities for the next three years and these would include a greater focus on social and cultural issues.
